NOR-CON TRADERS 2026

Now celebrating our 15th successful year, NOR-CON has firmly established itself as one of the UK’s “must-attend” events for traders. With a proven track record and a reputation as one of the friendliest and best-run conventions in the country, NOR-CON continues to deliver an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all our valued traders.

Our venue is the impressive 3,000m² Norfolk Showground Indoor Arena, offering:

• FREE Wi-Fi and FREE parking

• Multiple roller-shutter doors for easy loading and unloading

• Level, solid flooring throughout

• Full disabled facilities and ramp access where required

Trader Table Options

We offer a range of trader pitch types to suit your needs:

Please note:  GAZEBOS are not allowed inside the Arena if over 2m x 2m

• A Tables – Premier Corner Pitch
  Maximum exposure to attendees (2x large trestle tables included)

• B Tables – Perimeter Pitch
  Wall-backed tables located around the outer edges of the hall

• C Tables – Central Pitch
  Positioned within the main central trading area

• D Tables – Artist & Author Pitch
  Reserved exclusively for artists and authors (not for general traders)

All pitches come fully supplied with tables and chairs, ready for setup. All tables must be covered. We provide larger 6.5ft x 2ft trestle tables to give you a little extra display space.

Please note: If you see gaps between tables on the interactive map, that doesn’t necessarily mean they can’t be adjusted — we can often move tables (within reason) to accommodate your layout preferences. We’ll always do our best to help.

We can also arrange drop-down power for central pitches at an additional cost, as well as additional tables or chairs on request.

Opening Hours

Saturday 26th September 2026 – 09:30 to 17:00
Sunday 27th September 2026 – 09:30 to 16:00

We sell out every year, so our strongest advice is simple: Book early to avoid disappointment.

Trader setup information will be emailed approximately one month before the event.

If you plan to sell food items, please contact us before placing your booking. Food stalls are by prior agreement only.

Important Note

Pitches A1 to A4  and C1 to C8 are positioned in front of the main stage and sound system area.
These locations may experience higher noise levels and flashing or varying light levels during stage activities — please keep this in mind when selecting your pitch.
